Refund Policy

Skin Actually promotes a strict 'no refund policy' on all purchased treatments.

A refund will only be issued if you have a medical condition, which requires confirmation from your doctor such as a letter which confirms you are unable to proceed with the purchased treatment.

A refund will also be issued if the practitioner advises not to provide the treatment due to unsuitability, this will be discussed with you during the consultation by the practitioner.

Transferring Treatments

You do have the option if you no longer wish to go ahead with the purchased treatment to either transfer this to another individual, or transfer it to a later date. You can also transfer your treatment to another Skin Actually clinic of your choice.
