Deposit, Refund & Cancellation Policy
All appointments at Skin Actually are required to pay a 15% deposit to secure their appointment time. This deposit is redeemable on products, vouchers, services, packages and memberships. This deposit will be refunded if your appointment is cancelled with 24 hours notice.
Skin Actually provides a full or partial refund for any unused laser treatments if the request is made within the cooling-off period of 14 days. Should the cooling-off period pass, Skin Actually only offers refunds based on medical reasons, which requires confirmation from your doctor such as a letter which confirms you are unable to proceed with the purchased treatment.
If any of the sessions from a multi-session package or membership have been used, the refund amount will be based on the deduction of the individual session listed price rather than the discounted multi-session package price.
All items and product purchases are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
A refund will also be issued if the practitioner advises not to provide the treatment due to unsuitability, this will be discussed with you during the consultation by the practitioner.
You do have the option if you no longer wish to go ahead with the purchased treatment to either transfer this to another individual, or transfer it to a later date. You can also transfer your treatment to another Skin Actually clinic of your choice.
Skin Actually requires 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel all appointments. If you have a scheduled appointment, you will be sent an email reminder and/or SMS reminder 24 hours before your appointment. This reminder is a courtesy and does not remove your responsibility for keeping appointments once you have made them.
Missed appointments will incur the 15% deposit paid and no shows will be charged the price of your treatment.
Pre-paid treatments are valid for the time periods specified below:
Laser Hair Removal Expiry Dates
Per session – three months
Course of six sessions – 18 months
Skin Treatment Expiry Dates
Per treatment – three months
Course of treatments – 18 months
Skin Actually is committed to best practices and to over deliver on your expectations throughout your journey with us. When rebooking or rescheduling your appointment, please do so in as much advance as you can, so we can accommodate you with the same Practitioner who is personally taking you through your journey. For short notice we may not be able to do this.
